This page lists Add-ons I made for the premium plugin ItemsAdder.
They can be downloaded free of charge from their respective Spigot pages.
Installation
Each add-on comes as a zip file containing a data
folder. To install the add-on will you need to extract the content of said data
folder and upload it to /plugins/ItemsAdder/data/
.
After this will you only need to re-zip the resource pack by running /iazip
If you’re using an external hosting for the resource pack (i.e. Dropbox) will you need to update the resource pack on the external host, update the download URL (if required) and reload ItemsAdder with /iareload
followed by /iatexture all
.

Vanilla MC UIs
tries to mimic the available Vanilla GUIs through the usage of custom font images and items.
The goal is to offer an alternative way of doing things such as showing crafting recipes without the need of using actual crafting GUIs or similar and instead only use a simple Chest UI.

Font_images
Font Images are used to recreate the various vanilla GUIs.
The names listed here can be used through ItemAdder’s :placeholder:
syntax. It is recommended to always prefix them with a :offset_-8:
placeholder to properly align the texture with the Chest UI.
anvil_background
Recommended GUI size: 4 rows (36 slots)
Example GUI: 3/ia_anvil
Displays an anvil. The texture will have a bright red area which was taken straight from Minecraft’s original Anvil GUI texture.
Use the vanillamcuis:anvil_slot_active_left
, vanillamcuis:anvil_slot_active_middle
, vanillamcuis:anvil_slot_active_middle
items or their inactive counter-parts to fill said red area.
You can use the vanillamcuis:arrow_blocked
item to hide the right arrow behind a crossed out one, making a anvil recipe look invalid.
brewing_stand_background
Recommended GUI size: 4 rows (36 slots)
Example GUI: 3/ia_brewing
Displays a brewing stand. Custom items are available for the fuel, the bubble column and the brewing progress (arrow) both as static images and in animated form.
blank_chest_N
Recommended GUI size: Depends on the selected image.

6 different blank_chest textures are available, each representing a different amount of rows the chest UI can have. The main difference to the default Chest UI is that these textures do not have any slots displayed, allowing you to use them as a “blank canvas” to use.
Remember to replace the N
in blank_chest_N
with either 9, 18, 27, 36, 45 or 54 depending on how many rows you want it to have.
crafting_background
Recommended GUI size: 4 rows (36 slots)

Displays a Crafting table interface. No special items are required here. Just fill the right slots and you’re good to go!
creative_background_N
Recommended GUI size: 6 rows (54 slots)

Font images that mimic the creative GUI and their tabs. Note that the examples here do not have the tabs at the top and bottom of the GUI, but rather at the left side.
Replace N
with a number between 1 to 6 to get the GUI with the corresponding tab (top to bottom) active.
The items slider_active_right
, slider_inactive_right
, small_arrow_down_right

can also be used in it for decoration or utility purposes.
dispenser_background
Recommended GUI size: 4 rows (36 slots)

Represents the GUI of a Dispenser. Since Dropper and Dispenser are virtually the same in terms of GUI design does this one also double as a Dropper GUI to use.
enchanting_background
Recommended GUI size: 4 rows (36 slots)

Shows an Enchanting Table GUI. By default are the bars at the right side dark (empty) but you can use vanillamcuis:enchanting_slot_active_left_N
(Replace N
with either 1, 2 or 3), vanillamcuis:enchanting_slot_active_middle
or vanillamcuis:enchanting_slot_active_right
to make them appear “active”.
Alternatively can you also use the selected
variant to make the slot appear selected (hovered over). To have the disabled XP icons shown can you use the vanillamcuis:enchanting_xp_inactive_N

furnace_background

Shows a Furnace GUI. Special items are available to show the fuel status, the and the cooking progress.
grindstone_background

Mimics the GUI of a grindstone.
hopper_background
Recommended GUI size: 2 rows (18 slots)

Copies the look of a normal hopper.
loom_background
Recommended GUI size: 4 rows (36 slots)

Mimics the GUI of a loom as closely as possible.
There are 80 different items available (40 normal and 40 selected variants) that can be used to depict the different banner patterns.
The slider_active
or slider_inactive
items can also be used in it.
smithing_background
Recommended GUI size: 4 rows (36 slots)

Similar to the envil in design, but uses the texture of the smithing table and also doesn’t have the slot for renaming the item.
The vanillamcuis:arrow_blocked
item can be used to make a recipe look invalid.
stonecutter_background

Shows the stonecutter’s GUI. Items are available to represent the active, selected and inactive slots in the selection area.
